Tvara Mehta is a well-known personality in Ahmedabad, and has created plays, acted in web series and short films and also appeared in TVCs. Mehta now is hosting a series of meetups called 'Tea With Tvara', where citizens come together and discuss current issues and also build their network. Abandoned Painting Covered In Bird Poop Sold At $3 Millions At Auction
A painting covered with bird poop was auctioned worth $3 millions. Bought for $600, the painting was rare work of rare Anthony van Dyck, which belonged to 17th century, was finally sold recently. This painting by Belgian portraitist and painter Dyck was sold for $3.1 million at an auction by Sotheby's, confirmed CNN report. It is to be noted, the Anthony van Dyck painting was abandoned, which was rediscovered recently.

Famous Assam Literateur Atulananda Goswami Passes Away
Famous Sahitya Akademi Award-winning litterateur Atulananda Goswami (87) passed away, on July 27. Known for his novels and short stories, died at a hospital in Guwahati, confirmed his family members. Furthermore, Goswami was in the ICU for the past 10 days and took his last breath. Moreover, the last rights of Atulananda Goswami were performed by his son at the Navagraha crematorium in Guwahati, Assam.

18th Dhauli-Kalinga Mahotsav Begins In Bhubaneswar: Odisha
Dhauli-Kalinga Mahotsav, a unique annual arts festival presented at the outskirts of Bhubaneswar, commenced on March 22. In addition, the fest aims to promote, preserve and popularise the heritage and legacy of art at the national and global levels. About 500 artists have participated in the three-day event to promote the idea of peace and celebrate the culture of unity in diversity.

German Art Museum Open To Public After 6 Years: 'Neue Nationalgalerie'
After six years, Berlin's enigmatic art museum Neue Nationalgalerie reopened on August 22 to the public.
