Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray inaugurated the water taxi services between Mumbai and Navi Mumbai, on February 18. The water taxi service will reduce travel time construction worth ₹8 crore under the Sagarmala scheme of the Ministry of Ports, Shipping, and Waterways. The water taxis are available for Rs 1,210 for DTC-Belapur, Rs 2,000 for DTC-Dharamtar and Rs 200 for DTC-Jawaharlal Nehru Port. One can avail monthly pass for ₹12,100.
