Bhupinder Singh Mann

To stand in solidarity with the farmers, Bharatiya Kisan Union's (BKU) President Bhupinder Singh Mann on January 14 stepped down from Supreme Court constituted four-member expert panel. "I am recusing myself from the committee and I will always stand with my farmers and Punjab", read Mann's letter tweeted by BKU. Mann's decision came after uproars of the panel being 'pro-farm laws' that was set up to review the farm laws.
