Consultation On Cryptocurrencies Done, Papers Will Be Submitted Soon
The Economic Affairs Secretary Ajay Seth addressed the media and said, they have completed the consultation on cryptocurrencies and will submit the report soon. Seth on May 30, said, "A global response is needed to deal with the challenges posed by crypto." His statement came on the lines of an event organized by Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman. Notably, bitcoins and their usage legally is a concern globally.

Bitcoin Falls More Than 4%, Nearing $60,000 In A Day
Bitcoin, the world's biggest and best-known cryptocurrency, reportedly fell to more than 4 percent on November 16. According to reports, the cryptocurrency was seen at an all-time high for a week nearing $69,000. Ether, the second-largest cryptocurrency was also reported to be down by 4.5 percent at $4,355.4. Analysts have said that the downfall is caused by profit-taking after the sharp run-up.
