In Gaza, a massive blast reported at a hospital, killing 500 people, on October 18. As per the Gaza Health Ministry, the Hamas-run government is in charge of both departments. In addition, due to the Gaza attack, Arab leader called off the meeting with Joe Biden. Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas has canceled a planned meeting with U.S. President Joe Biden, confirmed sources. Meanwhile death toll likely to rise.
