Civil Aviation Minister Flags Off First Gorakhpur-Varanasi Direct Flight Under UDAN
Ministry of Civil Aviation announced successful first direct flight between Gorakhpur-Varanasi, under RSS-UDAN 4.1, project. Indian airline SpiceJet flew the first flight, on March 27. With this direct flight arrangement, the two historic cities of Uttar Pradesh will be connected to more other cities like Bangalore, Kanpur.
