Hailey Bieber

Regarding her recently introduced Rhode skincare brand, Hailey Bieber has been accused of violating many trademarks. Rhode, a 9-year-old fashion brand with the same name as her skincare business, filed a lawsuit against Hailey on June 21. Purna Khatau and Phoebe Vickers, co-founders of the apparel company, filed a lawsuit against her alleging that she is confusing the market by promoting a skincare line under the Rhode brand.
