Delhi Court Grants Custody Of Sanjay Singh Till Oct 10
Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court has sent Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh to remand till 10 October in connection with the now-scrapped Delhi excise policy or liquor scam case. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Thursday arrested Sanjay Singh after a day-long questioning by officials at his Delhi residence. Special Judge M K Nagpal remanded Singh in ED custody till October 10.

Arvind Kejriwal Slams Opposition For ED Raids At AAP Leader's House
Delhi CM and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Convener Arvind Kejriwal reacted to the Enforcement Directorate (ED) raids at MP Sanjay Singh's residence. On October 4, Kejriwal said, "desperate attempt of a party which is going to lose." He further said, ED conducted 1,000 searches in the past few years in the alleged Liquor Scam, but found nothing. Meanwhile, the ED raid at the residence of Sanjay Singh is underway.
