In a drawback to Manish Sisodia and AAP, a Delhi Court extended the ED custody of Sisodia to five days. On March 17, the Rouse Avenue Court extended the custody, after reviewing a petition filed by the ED, demanding an extension to further investigate the Delhi Liquor Policy Scam. Notably, the ED arrested Manish Sisodia, the prime accused in the scam, on March 9. Investigation is underway.

A Delhi Court granted bail to accused Shankar Mishra in the Air India Urination Case. On January 31, the additional session court judge Harjyot Singh Bhalla granted bail to Mishra, who allegedly peed on an elderly woman on a New York- Delhi flight, on November 26. Furthermore, Mishra was given bail on a furnished bond of Rs 1 lakh.  Earlier, in January, Mishra was arrested and remanded.

A Delhi court granted anticipatory bail to bodybuilder and social media influencer Bobby Kataria on September 22. Bobby Kataria has been accused for allegedly smoking in a SpiceJet flight from Dubai to Delhi. And FIR was filed under section 3(1)(c) of Suppression of Unlawful act against the safety of Civil Aviation Act, 1982. The Director General of Tihar Jail has been ordered by the Delhi Court to install CCTV cameras within the offices of the jail's Superintendent and Deputy Superintendent. The court recently issued an order, stating, "It will further reflect transparency in the functioning of these offices." This was in response to an incident on March 27 where an inmate was reportedly mistreated within the chamber of the Deputy Superintendent in Jail.
