Maharashtra: Palghar Experiences Earthquake of Magnitude 3.5 on Sept 22
The National Centre of Seismology (NCS) has confirmed that Palghar, Maharashtra experienced an earthquake in the early hours of September 22. The earthquake measured 3.5 on the Richter scale. Mumbai Jolted by 3.5 Magnitude Earthquake on September 7
The National Centre for Seismology (NCS) confirmed about an earthquake in Mumbai on September 7 morning. Around 8 AM, the city experienced a jolt of 3.5 magnitude, and the shocks were felt 102 km north of Mumbai. However, there are no reports of deaths or injuries owing to the tremors. Earlier, Palghar district had also felt low-intensity quakes on September 5.
