Telangana: Woman Delivers In Hospital Washroom; Baby Dies

In an appalling instance, a pregnant woman had to deliver a baby inside the washroom of a government hospital as there was no doctor to attend her. More so tragic was the fact that the newborn could not survive in absence of the medical assistance. The incident happened on December 23 in Telangana's Vikarabad district. Angered by the alleged medical apathy, locals gathered at the hospital and demanded stringent actions.
