Kolkata: Confusion Surrounding E-Passes Sours Resumption of Metro Services
Kolkata Metro on September 14 resumed its services, which were shelved since March. However, the travel was not smooth for all as many were not aware of the mandatory requirement of 'e-pass' to travel in the metro.
