Remand

Remand of activist Teesta Setalvad and former Gujarat DGP RB Sreekumar has been granted to the crime branch of Ahmedabad, by a metropolitan court, on June 27. The duo will be remanded for charges of forgery and criminal conspiracy. Reportedly, the duo along with former IPS officer Sanjiv Bhatt were booked for giving false testimonies in connection to 2002 Gujarat riots.
