Tokyo Olympics: $542 Million Aquatics Centre Inaugurated

Tokyo Olympics organizers on October 24 unveiled new swimming venue for next year’s rescheduled Olympics. With a budget of $542 million, the 15,000-seat Aquatics Centre for swimming, diving, and artistic swimming finished construction in the month of February. Swimming Federation Signs Pact With Australian Company To Catalyze Growth

To catalyze the competitive swimming in India, the Swimming Federation of India (SFI) has joined hands with Moregold Sports in a multi-year deal. Moregold, Australia-based sports-related company, will focus on providing top-level education and guidance for the growth of swimming in India. "The company will be the cornerstone in revolutionizing how competitive swim coaching is delivered in India," said the SFI President RN Jayaprakash.
