Measures On Textbook Review Dispute To Be based On Education Minister's Report: K'taka CM
Basavaraj Bommai, the Chief Minister of Karnataka, stated on May 31 that the education minister's report will be used to determine how to proceed with the textbook review debate. The new Kannada and social science textbooks for Class X students, according to a group of prophets, have corrupted the ideas of social reformer Basavanna. The prophets also said that the review committee insulted poet Kuvempu's state anthem.
