Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) arrested Trinamool Congress youth wing leader Vinay Mishra's brother Vikash Mishra on December 9, in connection with the coal smuggling case. Vikash Mishra was arrested at a private hospital where he was getting treatment. Earlier in March, a lookout circular (LOC) notice was issued by CBI against Vikash Mishra who was on the run in the case. He was also restricted to travel abroad.
