Akshay Kumar Starrer 'Prithviraj' Faces Backlash From Karni Sena
The Karni Sena has threatened the Yash Raj Films, over Akshay Kumar’s upcoming film "Prithviraj" co-starring Manushi Chillar. Sena’s youth wing president put forth the condition to change the name to Veer Yoddha Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan and to screen the movie to "Rajput society" before its official release. The staunch group also warned the makers of a similar situation to Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmaavat, if demands were not accepted.

Aditya Chopra reveals the new Logo of 'Yash Raj Films' (YRF) on September 27, on the eve of successfully completing 50 years in Bollywood. The launch date also mark the 88th birth anniversary of Late filmmaker and founder of YRF, Yash Chopra. The emblem video comprises of film snippets that YRF has produced, turning into a logo. Akshaye Widhani of YRF thanked everyone for the love and support towards the brand.

Yash Raj Films to Launch its Own OTT Platform, Acting School
Going by reports, Yash Raj Films is planning to launch it's own OTT platform where fans will be able to watch all the YRF films. The sources also hinted that the production house is in talks to announce its own acting school with prominent figures of the industry as faculty. However, official announcements regarding all these are expected on September 27, on the occasion of late Yash Chopra's birthday.
