India's External Affairs Minister Meets Chinese Counterpart
External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar met his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi on July 14 for an in-person meeting in Dushanbe. China agreed to seek a "mutually acceptable solution" when India mentioned the negative impact of stretching the existing situation in eastern Ladakh on "bilateral ties". Although China has moved its troops from Galwan and Pangong Valley, the disengagement remains incomplete at Hot Springs, Gogra, and Depsang.
