Nike Sues Rapper Lil Nas, MSCHF For Modifying Air Max Into 'Satan Shoes'
Nike has sued rapper Lil Nas and internet collective community MSCHF over infringement of its Air Max 97 shoes as they modified it with a drop of blood. Nike's lawsuit argued that constituting literal blood in its trademark Air Max is harming its reputation and facing backlash for the product. Touted as 'Satan Shoes', the modified shoes contain 60cc ink with a drop of human blood. Reportedly, 666 pairs of 'Satan Shoes' have been manufactured.
