Toblerone Chocolate To Lose 'Swiss' Label; To Set Up New Production Plant In Slovakia

Toblerone's manufacturer Mondolez, said that a new production plant will be set up in Slovakia, which would unlock an array of markets globally. With this, according to Swiss laws, Toblerone will lose its "of Switzerland" label from the package. Toblerone is still originated from Switzerland, and about 97% of the production is exported to over 120 countries. With the new plant, the company expects production of "millions of additional bars".
