In a shocking incident, an unidentified person shot down two people identified as Mukesh Kumar and Rohan Kumar, near science city, in Ranchi, Jharkhand. The incident occurred on August 12, under the Bariatu Police Station limits and a SIT is formed to nab the accused, who are currently absconding.
