Indian National Investigation

The Delhi Police, on October 2, arrested a suspected terrorist and member of ISIS Shahnawaz alias Shafi Uzzama. According to sources, the terrorist was wanted by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and had a reward of ₹3 lakhs, after his name. Shahnawaz, who is an engineer by profession, is a resident of Delhi and had escaped from Pune police custody and was hiding in Delhi. An investigation is underway.
