ISSF World Cup: Shooter Yashaswini, Bhaker Clinch Gold, Silver Medals
Indian shooter Yashaswini Singh Deswal and Manu Bhaker bagged gold and silver medals respectively on March 20 in the women's 10m air pistol category at the ISSF World Cup. Shooting with a scoreline of 238.8, Deswal stood out from the crowd while Bhaker shot 236.7 to comfortably clinch silver. Meanwhile, Shri Nivetha started well-settled fourth with a score of 193.5. Reportedly, India has won three medals in the tournament.

ISSF Terms New Delhi World Cup "Decisive" to Secure Place in Tokyo Olympics
The International Shooting Sports Federation (ISSF) has called the New Delhi World Cup as "decisive" to qualify for the Tokyo Olympics. The ISSF World Cup Rifle/Pistol/Shotgun in New Delhi is to be held from March 19-28, 2021. A total of 15 Indian shooters have secured quota places for the postponed Tokyo games. The Olympics have been postponed due to the COVID-19 and is to be conducted next July.
