Railway Minister Confirms SOP For Train Service Between Nepal, Bihar
Addressing the Rajya Sabha, Railway Minister Piyush Goyal informed that the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to operate direct passenger trains between Bihar's Jayanagar and Nepal's Kurtha is all set. The Rs 508 crore gauge construction project between the two stations, culminated in October 2018, awaited an SOP for operation.

Manipur: New SOP Released: Decision On Fresh Lockdown After Expert Report
Manipur CM N Biren on October 30 released a new SOP, which the people in the state are directed to follow for upto three weeks. He also informed that 100 beds in Imphal's J.N. Institute of Medical Sciences were set aside for COVID patients and a 24x7 toll-free helpline has been launched. He added that the decision on another lockdown will be taken after the expert panel's report.

Goa Releases SOP For Resumption Of Watersports, River Cruises
