Climate Change Can Affect Size Of Human Body, Says Research
A Team of researchers from the University of Cambridge and University of Tubingen have found that the size of human bodies changes with climatic fluctuations. Larger bodies act as shields against harsh temperatures and cold weather. Andrea Manica, a professor at the University of Cambridge said, "Warmer climates tend to be smaller, and those living in colder climates tend to be bigger. The changes have existed for millions of years."
