Deceased Bihar MLA Abdul Hai Payami Receives Invitation For PM Modi's Function

An invitation for a deceased Bihar MLA shocks Congress workers in Laukaha Assembly segment. Notably,  Abdul Hai Payami, who represented Laukaha assembly segment in the 1980s died in 201, has been invited to a function of PM Narendra Modi. "We were taken aback when the invitation card arrived in the name of Payami sahib," said Sheetalambar Jha, Congress district president. Meanwhile, the Vidhan Sabha called this a serious lapse.
