The Indo-Islamic Cultural Foundation formed by the UP State Sunni Central Waqf Board has unveiled the design of the mosque to be built in Ayodhya. The allotted five-acre land will be used to make a mosque, and other utilities including a 200-bed hospital, community kitchen, and a modern library. Malegaon blast accused BJP MP Pragya Singh Thakur did not attend a special NIA court's December 19 hearing, making it second such instance this month. Her lawyer JP Mishra informed the court that she has been admitted to AIIMS Delhi since December 18. Besides her, one more accused of the total seven, Sudhakar Chaturvedi, was absent. K Krishna Murthy, a constable from Srikakulam Andhra Pradesh, spends Rs 10,000 every month for providing ration and clothing to needy people. Murthy helps more than 30 people every month from his salary. He said he got inspired by his grandparents and parents and has been doing this since 2017.
