Educationist Pramath Raj Sinha receives Rs 6 crore worth of consultancy contracts by the "Railway University" despite the warnings by many officials over the potential of interest conflicts on August 8. The National Rail and Transportation Institute's contract is worth Rs 65 lakh per month plus GST for nine months.
