Iran Authorities Arrest US Ambassador, Diplomats Amid Spying Claims
In Iran, the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) detained the United States Ambassador and others in charges of spying in Iran. On July 7, the Iranian authority said, Giles Whitaker and some academic diplomats were arrested for taking soil samples of a prohibited land in Iran and spying claims with video footage as evidence. Moreover, the arrest came when Iran and World powers held a discussion over the JCPOA-Nuclear Deal.

Rome: Khalistani Extremist Attack Indian Embassy At Rome; India Raises Concern
India raises concern against the vandalism issue that took place at the Indian Embassy in Rome prior to the Indian Republic Day. The property was invaded by the Khalistani extremists who raised their flag and wrote "Khalistan Zindabad" across the wall. The incident was recorded as a part of propaganda to provoke uproar. Referring to the incident, India said it's the Italian authority's duty to ensure safety of the Indian Diplomats.

Iraq Ensures To Provide Security To Envoys, Embassies
Iraq Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kadhimi promised to protect the embassies and diplomats in the country. The statement came after the US warned of shutting its embassy following rocket attack at the US diplomatic compounds. PM Kadhimi said, "Iraq is keen on enforcing the rule of law... protecting foreign missions, and diplomatic buildings." The US blamed the attacks on Iran-based terror groups and appreciated PM Kadhimi's response.
