Two pilots were killed when a Chhattisgarh government helicopter crashed at Raipur airport on the night of May 12. The event occurred during a flight training at Raipur's Swami Vivekananda Airport. SpiceJet Pilots Land Flight On Wrong Runway At Belgaum Airport
SpiceJet's two pilots were off rostered for landing the flight at the wrong runway on October 24 at Belgaum airport in Karnataka. Reportedly, the Air Traffic Controller (ATC) gave the pass to the pilots to land the aircraft on runway number 26 but the duo made a serious mistake and landed the plane on runway number 08. Aircraft Accident Bureau (AAIB) will reportedly launch an investigation against the pilots.
