BJP Alleges Worker Beaten To Death By TMC In West Bengal
The Bhartiya Janta Party on November 14 alleged that the party worker Bhaskar Bera was beaten to death by Trinamool Congress (TMC) supporters. Reportedly, the incident happened in West Bengal's East Midnapore district. Bhaskar was reported to have participated in the idol immersion ceremony on November 13, after which he was called to a secluded place, and beaten to death. However, Trinamool Congress denied the allegations.

Bihar Polls: Candidate Killed While Campaigning; One Shooter Lynched
Srinarayan Singh of Janta Dal Rashtravadi party was shot dead on October 24 when he was campaigning in Bihar's Hathsar village. Reportedly, Narayan Singh's campaign rally was attacked by 4 men, of which one was lynched by the deceased leader's supporters. Three of Singh's supporters also suffered severe injuries and are in critical condition. However, the police could not confirm the motive behind the killing and further probe is underway.… read-more
