Rohit Sharma Overcomes Kane Williamson To Become Visiting Batsman With Most ODI Runs Scored In England
India skipper Rohit Sharma has overtaken New Zealand captain Kane Williamson to become the highest ODI run-scorer as a visiting batsman in England on July 12. Rohit currently has 1411 runs in 25 innings, surpassing Williamson's previous best of 1393 runs in 23 innings. Rohit and Shikhar Dhawan also carved their names in history by becoming only the fourth opening partnership in ODI history to reach 5000 runs together.

Sri Lankan cricketer Dilruwan Perera, on January 26, announced his retirement from International cricket. In his retirement letter to Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC), Perera said, he is quitting all forms of international cricket with immediate effect.
