In a shocking incident, the son of BJP MLA  Ramlallu Vaish allegedly open fired at a tribal youth, in Madhya Pradesh’s Singrauli. The incident occurred on August 3, evening after the MLA's son Vivek Vaish got into a heated argument with the victim identified as Surya Prakash Khairbar, a resident of Morba. In no time, Vivek pulled out his revolver and shot Surya. A case has been registered for investigation.

Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan extended an apology to the tribal man, who was peed on by Pravesh Shukla, a representative of the BJP. On the night of July 4, the police arrested Shukla at 2:00 AM., despite his attempts to escape from one place to another.
