North Korea Bans People From Wearing Leather Coats
North Korean officials have recently banned its citizens from wearing leather trench coats because it's "impure" to imitate the fashion style of leader Kim Jong Un. The police have been ordered to confiscate faux leather jackets from the market. Furthermore, one of the sources told RFA, "Young men protest, saying they bought the coats with their own money and there is no reason to take them away."
