Schools In Afghanistan's Kunduz Closed Due To Political Violence
Political violence in Afghanistan's Northern Province of Kunduz led to the closure of schools. Over 30,000 students have been deprived of schooling, due to conflicts between the former security forces and the Taliban, said the provisional education chief, Mawlawi Ismail Abu Ahmad, according to Tolo News. Efforts have been initiated for the return of students to school. Earlier, 170 member policy units for security had been announced by the Taliban.
