IPL 2020: Records Rain At Scorching Abu Dhabi Ground In MI Vs KKR Match

The fifth encounter of IPL 2020, between Kolkata Knight Riders and Mumbai Indians, brought downpour of records. Not only MI got its first win in Abu Dhabi after 7 matches, it also registered most wins against an opponent, beating KKR 20th time in IPL. The domination of MI over KKR can be understood as Kolkata has lost 10 out of last 11 matches to Mumbai. Rohit Sharma with hitting 6 sixes in the match has touched 200-six mark in IPL, standing just behind Dhoni (212 sixes). Besides, Caribbean player Pollard played his 150th IPL match, becoming only overseas to the feat. On the contrary, Kolkata logged an unpleasant record with losing its first opening match of IPL after 2013.
