North Korea Cautions US, South Korea For Risking 'Security Crisis'
North Korea on August 11 warned the US and South Korea against the joint military drills and said that both nations are risking a "serious security crisis" which could escalate tensions and risk a chance of enhancing relations. Reportedly, General Kim Yong Chol has condemned "Washington and Seoul for responding to Pyongyang's goodwill" with 'hostile acts'. Meanwhile, South Korea claimed North Korea has not answered routine calls despite hotlines.
