Star Housing Finance Ltd Obtains USD 2.7 Million In Equity To Increase Net Worth, Expand In Rural Areas

Star Housing Finance Limited (Star HFL), a rural housing finance firm, obtained USD 2.7 million in capital through preferential allocation. Arika Securities Pvt.Ltd and Colo Securities Pvt.Ltd have contributed to the capital. Kamlesh Shah, MD of Share India Securities Ltd and president of Association of National Exchanges Members of India, spearheaded the capital increase. This increase boosted net worth above Rs 85 crores, bolstering capital sufficiency and rationalizing debt levels.
