Vistara's Chief Executive Officer, Leslie Thng, said that there will be no 'lay offs' but the 'salary cuts' will be reviewed. "With the intent of protecting all jobs at Vistara, we have had to make the difficult decision of reducing some staff costs by salary cuts," he further added.
