Chhattisgarh: Maoists Trigger IED Blast; One ITBP Personnel Injured
Targetting a team of ITBP personnel, Maoists triggered an IED blast on October 30 in Chhattisgarh's Narayanpur district. The blast has also inflicted injuries to Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) Constable, Ajit Kumar. Reportedly, the blast happened near Kohkameta Police Station when the ITBP team was cordoning a forest route between Kohkameta and Irakbhatti. The injured police is under treatment and is said to be out of danger.

Pakistan: 7 Children Killed, 70 Wounded After Blast In Peshawar's Madrassa
At least 7 children died and 70 were injured in a bomb blast on October 27 at a madrassa in Pakistan's Peshawar. The authorities stated that the death count could go up as many of the injured people were in critical conditions. Reportedly, the incident took place when the classes were going on in the Islamic seminary, Jamia Zubairia. A police official stated that an investigation is underway.

Afghanistan: Massive Car Bomb Blast Kills 15, Injures 30
A massive car bomb blast on October 3, near the district governor's compound in Ghanikhil district of Afghanistan, killed atleast 15 people and injured 30. Besides, the governor's spokesperson informed that few gunmen had also tried to enter the district; however, they were killed by the security forces. Obaidullah Shinwari, a member of the Nangahar provincial council, reported that almost eight civilians were killed in the blast.

15 Civilians Killed in Afganistan due to Landmine Blast
The spokesperson of the Afghanistan Interior Ministry Tariq Arian stated that on September 29, a bomb explosion in Daykundi killed at least 15 people including women and children. He tweeted, that a landmine which was planted by the Taliban militants resulted in the explosion.… read-more

Bangladesh Mosque Blast: Court Orders Gas Agency to Compensate Victims
On September 10, Bangladesh Court ordered a public gas agency to pay compensation for the victims of the recent Mosque blast. Titas Gas- the public gas agency of Bangladesh, was given seven days to pay around Rs 4.35 lakh to the victims. The judgement came after families of victims filed a petition, claiming for compensation. Earlier, on September 4, a blast in a mosque near Narayanganj killed 29 devotees.

Afghanistan: Vice President Saleh's Convoy Bombed, Escapes with Injuries
Afghanistan Vice President Amrullah Saleh has become a victim of a roadside bomb blast, on September 9, in Kabul. The vice president escaped with minor burns in his face and hands. Over 10 civilians were killed and more than 15 individuals were severely injured in the blast.
