In a relief to the Congress, the Supreme Court bench headed by CJI DY Chandrachud granted interim bail to party spokesperson Pawan Khera. Notably, on February 23, Khera was arrested at Delhi Airport, for making derogatory remarks against PM Narendra Modi. He was also be-boarded from an IndiGo flight, scheduled for Raipur-Chhatisgarh.
