11 Hurt As Massive Explosion Rattles Hyderabad Chemical Factory

A massive explosion occurred on December 12 at Vindhya Organics, a chemical factory in Hyderabad’s Bollarum area, injuring over dozens of people. While 11 workers were rushed to a hospital, many are still believed to be trapped inside. “The fire erupted in the factory supposedly due to the explosion of a reactor," informed V Srinivas. Four fire engines had reached the spot to douse the fire.

Maharashtra: Explosion In Chemical Firm At Raigad District Kills Two People

At least two people were killed and six got injured in an explosion at a chemical firm in Maharashtra's Raigad district. The incident happened in the wee hours of November 5. Police said that one of the deceased was a woman. The injured peopled were rushed to a hospital and about 16 fire-engines were called to extinguish the fire. Moreover, the explosion has also affected the adjacent civic areas.

Bangalore: 15 Injured and One Critical after Explosion at Power House

Fifteen engineers were wounded in an explosion at the Karnataka Power Corporation Limited (KPCL), Bangalore, in the early hours on October 2. Reportedly, a gas leak from one of the turbines in KPCL allegedly caused the explosion. WB: Crude Bomb Explosion Leaves 2 Dead & 2 Others Seriously Injured

A crude bomb explosion left two dead and two people seriously injured in a house in West Bengal's Kamarhati Golaghat area. The identities of the deceased have now been determined; Sajid and Raja. It is reported that out of the four people who were rushed to the hospital after the explosion, two succumbed to their injuries, while one is seriously injured and is undergoing treatment. The matter is under investigation.
