Rajapaksa Invites 42 Independent MPs To Make Strategies: Sri Lankan Economic Crisis
Sri Lankan president Gotabaya Rajapaksa has invited 42 independent MPs to discuss on the worst Lankan economic crisis, since its independence from UK in 1968. During the meeting, the MPs are expected to request the president to remove PM Mahinda Rajapaksa from his office, and form a new cabinet. The discussion aims at forming an alliance to free Sri Lanka out of the economic crisis.
