India's Celebrity-like Chimpanzee Suzi Dies Of Heart Attack

India's most popular and the only chimpanzee in the Hyderabad zoo, Suzi, succumbed to a heart-stroke on November 12. The 34-year-old was one among the few chimps left in Indian zoos and was widely popular among the zookeepers and visitors. An autopsy report revealed that the chimp's lungs and heart had failed, which lead to a stroke. Interestingly, Suzi was once a pet of the Sahara group's owner Subrata Roy.

Punjab Railways Suffers a Loss of 1200 Crore Amid Protests Against Farm Law

World Bank Hints Plunging Of Sub-Saharan Africa Economies

The World Bank indicated that the economy of Sub-Saharan Africa in 2020 is expected to shrink by 3.3% as the coronavirus has taken a great toll. It stated that a population of 40 million Africans is feared to enter extreme poverty. It further said, "Great uncertainty surrounds the scale and trajectory of the pandemic in the region." However, the region is hoped to see economic growth of 2.1% in 2021.
