Section 144 Imposed In Noida After Restaurant Owner Was Shot Dead

Under the CrPC section 144, the take-home service of Restaurants in Noida and Greater Noida will remain closed from10 pm to 6 pm. The decision comes after the incident in Greater Noida took place where a 38-year-old restaurant owner, Suneel Agarwal, was allegedly shot over a verbal argument by the three delivery agents who were drunk. Reportedly, only emergency health care services can be accessed.
