PM Modi Visits At Central Vista Project's Site To Review Its Work
In a surprise visit following the return from the US, Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited to review the construction status of the Central Vista project on the evening of September 26. PM Modi spent an hour here and also inspected the construction site of the new Parliament building. Notably, he had laid the foundation stone of the project in 2020. The project is likely to be completed by 2022.

PM Modi To Engage In Talks Related To Afghan-Taliban Crisis In US
PM Modi is expected to visit United States in the end of September and will attend the annual high-level United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) session. The talk will be centred around the Taliban and Afganistan crisis in the UNGA. About 150 countries have been urged to be a part of this hybrid session, but many of them are expected to attend the meeting virtually.

Rahul Gandhi To Inaugurate Congress Headquarters In J&K
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is set to go on a two-day visit to Jammu & Kashmir's Srinagar on August 9. Gandhi will inaugurate the party's newly built headquarters on MA Road here on August 10. Following which a dinner party will be hosted by J&K Congress president Ghulam Ahmed Mir. Reportedly, he will also visit religious places such as the Hazratabl Shrine and Shankaracharya temple.
