Telangana HC Suspends GO 402 Allowing Mutual Transfer Of Teachers

Reviewing a petition, the Telangana HC suspended the GO 402, allowing mutual transfer of government teachers in erstwhile regions. Notably, on April 12, Justice B. Vijayasen Reddy heard arguments of petitioners from Jayashankar Bhupalapally, stating the new GO is against the presidential orders. The GO allows mutual transfer but foregoes seniority claims of the person, at the new location. The court asked the TRS to reply by June 20.
