Navjot Singh Sidhu Says There's No Democracy, After Release From Jail
After spending 10 months in Patiala Jail, former Punjab Congress president Navjot Singh Sidhu walked out on April 1. Notably, Sidhu was serving imprisonment in the 1988-road rage case. As soon as he walked out of the jail amid cheers from his supporters who were waiting outside the jail since noon. After walking out, Navjot Singh Sidhu said, the BJP for killing democracy in Punjab, with aim of President's rule.
