Sharjah-Based Company Includes Anti-Dowry Clause In Employment Contract
The founder and CEO, Sohan Roy of a Sharjah-based company named Aries, has made an anti-dowry policy a compulsory clause in every employee's contract. The clause has to be followed by all the employees including Indians. Violation of the policy would lead to the closure of service and invite legal actions. According to the new regulations, any employee who receives or provides dowry in the future would be barred from working for Aries Group.
