Stalling Release of 'Bad Boy Billionaires' Freezes Free Speech: Netflix
Netflix has argued that the Bihar High Court's decision to hold its docuseries, 'Bad Boy Billionaires', infringes upon its free speech as well as damages the company financially. The investigative docuseries focuses on four Indian tycoons facing fraud allegations. Among them, Sahara group's Subrata Roy and Indian IT executive Ramalinga Raju have filed petition against the streaming of the show, claiming it violates their privacy rights.
